Solar panel technology uses the rays of the pulsating Phuket heat and transfers it to electricity to light and cool the villa. A water filter system will also ensure that the rainfall can be treated and re-used for many household uses.

The whole of the properties' construction from the antique granite stone walls to the ceramic tiling has been carefully designed for energy saving insulation. The 20cm thick cavity insulated walls decrease the amount of cooling needed as it provides an effective resistance to the flow of heat. Solar panel technology, the water filter system and the insulated walls will not only save on the cost of your energy bills but also contribute to the conservation of the environment.
